On The Side is a hidden oasis tucked away, off the beaten path in Westfield, New Jersey. The tranquil environment abounds with Earth's elements of water, fire, wood and stone. On The Side invites individuals, couples, and area community members to indulge in our Zen-like atmosphere and restorative treatments

PLANNING YOUR ARRIVAL

Arrive early. Arriving late for your scheduled service will deprive you of valuable treatment time. To avoid delaying the next guest, your treatment will end on time regardless of how late your service began. We recommend checking in at least 20 minutes prior to the start of your treatment.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

On The Side provides robes, slippers and other amenities for your comfort and convenience. Please remember to leave your jewelry / valuables at home. If you are using a Gift Card, please be reminded that the physical gift card is required to be presented at check-out or another form of payment will be expected. We accept all major credit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We strictly enforce a 24-hour Cancellation Policy as well as a No-Show Policy. We request a credit card on file to reserve the appointment. Cancellations must be made within 24-hours before the appointment. If the appointment is not canceled within 24-hours an automatic 50% cost of the service(s) will be charged. Please remember that it is your responsibility to keep, reschedule or cancel your appointment.
